Shipping
We aim to get your Wild Molly order to you as quickly and safely as possible, so your dog can start enjoying their new products without delay.
Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. During busy periods or product launches, this may take slightly longer, but we always work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible.
UK Delivery
We currently ship across the UK.
- Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days (after dispatch)
- Orders are sent via Royal Mail services with tracking where available
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location. Any free shipping promotions (if active) will be clearly shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
If your order includes tracking, you’ll receive details via email as soon as your parcel has been shipped so you can follow its journey.
Packaging
We aim to keep our packaging as eco-friendly as possible, using minimal and recyclable materials wherever we can — because caring for dogs should also mean caring for the planet.
